Scale factor for SFR
The input Star Formation Rate gives the relative weight of the star formation episodes at the various ages. In order to fix the absolute number of objects in each stellar generation, a scale factor has to be properly chosen. The product of this scale factor times the relative weight in the input SFR gives the total number of stars (which have to be less than 2000000) created at a given time in the mass range between 0.1 (or a lower mass limit specified by the user) and 120 solar masses.
